Terms & Conditions
All prices on our site shows the product excluding VAT (20%) where applicable. Although the total including VAT should be visible underneath.
All customers must notify us prior to payment if VAT exempt.
We accept a variety of payment methods, including: credit card, cheque, purchase order, BACS transfer. Please allow up to 7 days for cheques to clear. Payments made by credit card will appear on statements as M3C Sports Supplies LTD.
We only accept Purchase Orders from Public Organisations in which we will require all customer details prior to ordering.
Stock changes on an hourly basis, so there is no guarantee that items that appear in stock may be immediately available. It would be impossible for us to control our suppliers stock levels too, so we suggest to contact us on 01332 666 493 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to make sure before purchasing a branded item if the order is urgent. Our helpful staff will assist you as best as they can, but due to constant fluctuation stock levels may change.
Important Delivery Information
- Please check all boxes at time of the delivery
- If boxes are damaged you MUST sign for the delivery as damaged
This is a necessity as we have to make an immediate complaint to the courier and CANNOT do so if mentioned after signing for delivery.
- If content is short please contact us urgently
You MUST notify us of items missing within 7 days of taking the delivery – otherwise we will be unable to rectify any issues.
All missing order claims must be made within 28 days of dispatch for courier dispatched orders and 80 days of dispatch for Royal Mail dispatched orders. Any orders deemed as missing after these times cannot be refunded.

Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013:
Please note that you are allowed to cancel the contract within 14 days of receiving the order.
This right does not apply to goods that:
- Have been customised to your requirements (any printing, embroidery)
- Have been used/worn
- Are returned in an inferior condition/without the original packaging
As our clothing is all ordered in from our stockists we rely on our customers ordering the correct sizes & quantities. Therefore, if this is indeed the case and the order has been delivered correctly, yet the customer still requires an exchange, then they must stand the costs (delivery, re-stocking).
All goods supplied on credit will remain the property of M3C Sports until the outstanding amounts have been paid in FULL.
