School Purchase Orders
Are you ordering on behalf of a school, but aren't sure how to order?
You can place a school Purchase Order (PO) using any of the following methods:
1. VIA ONLINE CHECKOUT
Enter all of your required products in to the shopping basket & continue to checkout. Fill in your school details and then opt for the preferred method of payment (Bank Transfer or Cheque). Your order will then be present on our system and we will notify you with an order confirmation or any queries we may have about the order.
PLEASE NOTE: We may require an official letter-headed order to validate the PO.
PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED: Bank Transfer (BACS or CHAPS), Cheque.
2. VIA EMAIL QUOTE
Contact us with your required products and we will communicate a total price and all other relevant information via email. We will then await an official letter-headed PO to validate the order, unless the school would like to opt to pay for the order in full prior to dispatch.
PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED: Bank Transfer (BACS or CHAPS), Cheque, Cash, Card.
3. ONLINE PURCHASE
PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED: Card
GENERAL ORDER DETAILS
Once we have received your request to place an order we may have to carry out a few additional checks so please have all relevant information to hand. (Full School Name, Address, Finance Email & Number, General Contact Email & Number, All Authorised Personnel)
