FREE DELIVERY* - Indicates that delivery is FREE to UK Mainland Only for that specific product. Please contact us for delivery outside.
Please allow the following lead times for Mainland UK delivery (please note, these times are only approximates based on previous orders – if you require definitive dates please contact us):

*Disclaimer* - Although we manage our stock levels on a daily basis, there may be occassions when we are awaiting our stock levels to be replenished which may alter lead times.
Important Delivery Information
- Please check all boxes at time of the delivery
- If boxes are damaged you MUST sign for the delivery as damaged
This is a necessity as we have to make an immediate complaint to the courier and CANNOT do so if mentioned after signing for delivery.
- If content is short please contact us urgently
You MUST notify us of items missing within 7 days of taking the delivery – otherwise we will be unable to rectify any issues.

We aim to inform all customers of approximate delivery dates when the order is confirmed manually.
Please note, we do not stock clothing - all products are ordered in from the relevant supplier.
If you are requiring an urgent delivery, please contact us direct to see if we can assist.
Prior to ordering: You can find more accurate lead times on the product information page, if not stated please take below as an approximation:

Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for non customised & 4-6 weeks for customised branded goods.

Deliveries outside of mainland UK may be considerably longer - Please contact us for delivery information for locations outside of Mainland UK if unsure
Most of our orders are dispatched with a courier who will make up to 2 attempts to deliver the goods. If you are unlikely to be present to sign for the parcel & would like it to be either left with a neighbour/or in a secure location please notify of this when placing the order. If the courier exceeds the total amount of attempted deliveries and the item is returned to us then the customer must withstand the costs to re-deliver the goods. Smaller items and parcels under 2kg are likely to be sent with Royal Mail; items that are sent tracked will require a signature on delivery – or will be left at the nearest Post Office.
Not all of our deliveries have tracking ability - however we have carefully sourced the best logistics companies to provide great value and service. Any shipments will be shown as dispatched from 'M3C Sports Supplied LTD'
We love having people come and visit us at our Borrowash showroom, so if you’re local – why not come in and collect! All customers must pay for items in full if wanting to collect from our showroom. We will notify you when the order is ready to collect. We are open Monday-Friday (9am : 5.30pm)
Equipment / Non Clothing;
If you find that the product is unsuitable, please return the goods in its original condition (with all tags, packaging intact) within 14 days of receipt for either an exchange or refund. Unfortunately, delivery costs are not refundable (unless there is a fault on the item). To help assist your return please contact us on 01332 666 493 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can advise the best method of resolving any issues. Return of items will be at the customers cost and risk – we recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind and security unless otherwise advised.
Any item that has been ordered in from a branded supplier (All clothing) can be returned, however, the customer MUST withstand any restocking fees which may be charged by the supplier to take the item back. We recommend all customers to order samples if they are unsure of sizing. As a large proportion of our goods are ordered in specifically for the customer it is not possible for us to re-stock items. M3C Sports will try and assist the customer as much as possible in regards to product sizing – however, should there be any costs involved in returning the item the fees must be paid by the customer (including re-stocking & delivery).
M3C Sports CANNOT under normal circumstances accept any personalised items for a refund. This includes any printed items or embroidered garments.

M3C Sports will provide assistance throughout your order and if you do encounter problems – we have a dedicated team who will attempt to do the best they can to resolve such issues.

All returns must include a covering letter stating: reason for return, order number, your contact details.
All refunds will be processed using the same method the goods were purchased. Alternatively, we can issue a credit. Please contact us for further information.
All goods supplied on credit will remain the property of M3C Sports until the outstanding amounts have been paid in FULL.
